Merthyr Valleys Homes adopts i-act for their managers

It’s great to have yet another housing association adopting the accredited i-act model. Merthyr Valleys Homes is the latest housing association to join over 30 other housing associations, across the UK, who have now adopted the i-act model. This was their first i-act course and the feedback was fantastic. It was a great group to work with and we are looking forward to returning to deliver further courses at Merthyr Valleys Homes next month. Merthyr Valleys Homes is a fantastic employer and it’s great that they see such value in their staff and adopt such proactive approaches, such as i-act. The managers on the course particularly liked the proactive approaches that i-act offers and all of the practical tools within the 168-page evidence-based i-act course manual, toolkit and resource pack.
