Cynon Taf Community Housing Group adopt i-act

It was fantastic to begin the roll-out of the accredited i-act (for positive mental health and wellbeing) training at Cynon Taf Community Housing Group yesterday. After training Executives and Senior Managers yesterday, Cynon Taf Housing will be rolling-out the managers version of i-act and the version for employees/front-line workers of i-act to all staff. It is great to see another housing group adopting pro-active measures to supporting staff wellbeing and hence investing in keeping staff well. It was a pleasure to work with The Executive and Senior Management Team and hear about all the fantastic wellbeing initiatives that they have in place - what a great place to work! We will look forward to rolling out i-act within Cynon Taf over the next few months.
